The U.S. military struck an alleged drug-trafficking boat in the Caribbean Sea on Wednesday, killing four “narco-terrorists.”  The vessel was operated by a designated terrorist organization, which was transiting along “known narco-trafficking” routes in the Caribbean and was engaged in “narco-traffi
