Midterm Election Outlook

North Carolina GOP Senate candidate Michael Whatley on Tuesday morning said the more moderate faction of the Democratic Party has eroded ahead of the midterm elections.  “There really are no centrist Democrats anymore because they’re being driven out of the party,” Whatley, the former chair of the R
