Democrat Rebecca Bennett is projected to win her party’s primary and will face incumbent GOP Rep. Tom Kean Jr. in New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District this fall, according to Decision Desk HQ. Bennett, a former U.S. Navy helicopter and officer in the Air National Guard, will face Kean in the gen
