Doctor’s Prescribing Linked to Patient Deaths

A Tasmanian coroner found that Dr David Jackson's 'grossly irresponsible prescribing' directly contributed to two deaths. Jackson provided an unlimited supply of drugs to one addict, according to the inquest.
