Investigations into Prediction Markets

The New York City Council is investigating four prediction markets, including Polymarket, Kalshi, Coinbase, and Gemini Titan, for alleged predatory marketing practices targeting young people. Council Speaker Julie Menin sent letters requesting more information about their business practices.
