California Reps Introduce Resolutions to Overturn Climate Regulations

California Reps. Vince Fong and James Gallagher introduced two joint resolutions to overturn the California Air Resources Board's Vessels At-Berth and Commercial Harbor Craft regulations, which they argue act as hidden climate taxes increasing costs for consumers.
