Alvin Hellerstein, a longtime federal judge who was set to oversee the criminal trial of deposed Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro, has died, according to a court official. He was 92.  Nominated by then-President Clinton in 1998, Hellerstein oversaw many high-profile disputes during his nearly three
